Story
The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (played by Subhleka Sudhakar) asks General Prasad Rao (Murli Sharma) to set up a secret organization that does not follow regular rules and procedures. This organization aims to meet any serious challenge that arises.
Then a bomb goes off in Hyderabad, creating panic in the city. Prasad Rao approaches his undercover agent Chari (Venela Kishore) and requests her to arrest the criminal responsible for the blast.
Chari 111 is about what happens after Chari is given this mission to find and arrest the criminal behind the blasts in Hyderabad.
Technical Aspects
The background music of the file composed by Simon K. King and visuals by director of photography Kashish Grover add to the positive aspects of the film. The art direction team did an excellent job designing the set of “Rudranetra”.
Director TG Kirtikumar’s work on the film is all okay. While the first half has a pleasant sense of humor despite being understandable, the second half is boring with dull flashback sequences, lack of impact and a climax that doesn’t match the climax.
Review
Overall, Chari 111 movie first half is good, but in the second half going to boring and it takes a more serious approach. It was a decision to have two completely different voices for each part of the film that didn’t work very well. The silly jokes are moderately successful, but when the film tries to be serious it doesn’t feel authentic and diminishes its overall impact.
