Story
In The Ruined Home the main character, Antony, is an accountant. He and his pregnant wife Mary move to a new place called Suklapet. Anthony’s mother and two daughters, Sophie and Tara, also come to live in their new home.
First, they love their new dream home. But strange and dangerous things begin to happen in the house. It looks like the house may be haunted. This causes worry and anxiety for the entire family on a daily basis.
The family consults Annamma, a renowned demonologist, to find out what is causing the terrifying events. They hope Annamma can help them get rid of whatever is plaguing their house. But when Annamma investigates, she may discover a dark and disturbing secret about their new home.
The family just wanted a fresh start in a beautiful new home, but now they are dealing with a nightmare scenario. They don’t know if Annamma can help or if there are even darker problems ahead.

Sriram does a good job playing Antony. His emotional performance as a doting husband and father is very believable and heartfelt. Kushi Ravi also gives an outstanding performance as Mary, capturing her dedication as a housewife perfectly.
What sets Pindam apart as a horror film is the incredible technical work that creates an absolutely terrifying atmosphere. Krishna Saurabh Surampally’s haunting music adds to the chilling visual experience. Satish Manoharan’s cinematography and production design deliver a visual and realistic horror scene that truly brings the horror story to life.
Special appreciation to the young actors Baby Chaitra and Lesha, who give wonderful performances despite being young. Ishwari Rao also left a lasting impression with her portrayal of the film’s most important character.
